I believe we can support and encourage each other as we make changes in our lives. As we learn and grow together, we will also be more capable of helping others change their lives.

For those of you who don’t know me, here’s some basic info:

• I’m 53 and in the process of changing my own life by starting a new career as a writer. You can read my articles here.

• I write from the heart and don’t hesitate to share personal stories, including painful experiences and what I learned from them.

• I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Steve for more than 30 years.
