Do You Need a Depression and Anxiety Survival Kit, or Know Someone Who Does?
Here's how to get a kit full of tools to help you feel more hopeful and less anxious

I’ve battled depression and anxiety for most of my life, so I’ve discovered some survival tools I use to feel more hopeful and less anxious. I want to share those tools so others can use them, too.
That’s why I’ve created a Depression and Anxiety Survival Kit ebook. It’s a PDF download available here. Since I want anyone who could benefit from this survival kit to be able to get it, I’ve made it free. The price listed is $0, with an option to pay any other amount. My hope is that those who can afford to pay for it will choose to do so.
That’s my hope for this newsletter, too. Financial support from readers who appreciate the content I create is incredibly important. It’s not just a source of income I need to survive. It also encourages me to keep writing when I’m tempted to give up. It tells me that people value my work. It helps me believe that the time I spend writing is worthwhile, and wouldn’t be better spent doing something else.
I also understand that some readers cannot financially support my efforts. I’m currently a free subscriber to many newsletters myself. I try to support those writers in other ways, like leaving comments and sharing their work.
Thank you to all of my subscribers for the various ways you support my work, and I hope my Depression and Anxiety Survival Kit helps you or someone you love feel more hopeful and less anxious.
Life can be so hard, and we all need each other to survive! Never underestimate your power to make a difference in someone else’s life. Even little things like smiles and kind words mean a lot to people who are used to being ignored or are just having a bad day.
