I'm not seeing miraculous change these days (and don't really need that kind of help today), but it's a lovely way to wake up in the morning. And I LOVE the sleep pattern session. So relaxing!
I remember one time in my life when tapping was literally miraculous. I went from crazy anxiety-riven to, "Oh, it's fine; that doesn't really bother me anymore" in about 15 minutes, and it stuck. I mean, I was cured that day of being overwhelmed with anxiety over a situation to being no longer bothered by it.
Highly recommend folks give it a try, especially with this kind of support and variety of sessions, and at this price point!

Hi Wendi, Yes! Tapping is the way to go! I have used it about 25 years personally! When I was counseling people I encouraged my clients to use it.I am retired from being a professional counselor since 2022.
I did it! And I'll stay beyond the 14-day trial, because what a great way to wake up in the morning, and what a low price, for life!
Thanks for this suggestion, Wendi. I had forgotten about tapping. It has helped me a few times to rise up out of some very depressing "tapes" repeating in my head ad nauseam. But I haven't used it for years. This idea of spending just a few minutes first thing in the morning sounds like a great idea.
