I love reviewing my daily log at the end of the day - I think if I didn't run my life using my bullet journal I would certainly employ the 'done list' as a daily tool - it's a real boost to celebrate accomplishments, while acknowledging the things that are yet to be tackled.
This activity of writing down our failures and accomplishments is so good example for Self-reflection. It’s always so hard to point out the goods and the achievements within us.
I work with kids with special needs and they often fail to point out the positives in themselves. I asked them to talk to others and take their opinion and they were surprised by the variety of positive responses they got!
I think it's great that you had the children ask others for positive feedback, Shia. I remember doing that with other adults as part of a therapy group many years ago. Sometimes we need others to help us see our good qualities.
Appreciate the shout-out! Hope you have a nice and restful break.
Thanks. Same to you.
Merry Christmas Wendi.
Thanks Winston and Merry Christmas to you, too.
Such a great post - thanks, Wendi!
